    Do you know soda of any type is sabotaging your goal to lose weight? While I get the stuff was cheap, I respectfully suggest you pass by soda, chocolate powder and instant noodles. I wish you'd choose foods that have nutritious value for you and your children.

    That's what always gets me about those "Extreme Coupon" shows. No one is getting fresh food with their coupons. It's all packaged, processed, and frozen stuff. Never have I seen a coupon for fresh fish and broccoli...

    They're all like: look, I got 200 cartons of Ramen noodles for half a penny each! Great -- but it doesn't seem like that great an idea to eat 200 containers of Ramen noodles!
