I saw Scottish Girl post her menu and I thought I better get my butt in gear. Things flow easier when you have a plan.
I have 3 onions that I need to use.
Breakfasts - Oatmeal w/blueberries, cereal and toast w/jelly and fruit.
Snacks - Fruit, popcorn and nuts
Lunch - Soup, salads and sandwiches
Dinners -
Cucumber salad w/ quinoa
Beets w/lentil soup
Chili no meat
Egg plant and left overs
Pancakes
Summer squash w/onions
Left overs
